Botox® Cosmetic is a revolutionary, non-surgical treatment that reverses the effects of facial wrinkles. Before Treatment Prior to treatment, a thorough medical history will be evaluated to ensure your overall health and suitability for Botox®. A complete facial assessment will also be performed to identify the most effective injection sites for optimal results. During this consultation, any questions or concerns will be addressed to provide clarity and confidence in your treatment plan.

For reference and tracking progress, the areas to be treated are marked, and digital photographs may be taken to evaluate the degree of improvement after treatment.

The Botox® Cosmetic Procedure Botox® Cosmetic injections are quick and virtually painless, requiring no anesthesia. Patients typically feel only a small sting during the injection process. The results are temporary and usually last three to four months. For continued effects, treatments may need to be repeated two to three times per year. Long-term use of Botox® has been shown to enhance the duration of its effects over time.

It is important to note that Botox® Cosmetic is designed to treat expression lines and is not intended to repair sagging skin caused by aging. While results can be dramatic, patients over the age of 65 may experience less pronounced effects.

Post-Treatment Information After treatment, slight bruising around the injection sites may occur but fades quickly. Patients can resume normal activities immediately. Potential side effects include temporary muscle weakness near the injection sites or, in rare cases, mild eyelid drooping. However, Botox® Cosmetic is entirely reversible, and any side effects are temporary.
